Got a new personal best on street tires :) 60' 2.124
1/8 8.652 @ 85.6
1/4 13.213 @ 107.88 It was 83 degrees so I believe I will do better when it gets down to 60-70 degrees outside.. When I raced two weeks ago it was 95 degrees and I couldnt break 13.5 so I'm guessing the 10 degree drop in temp took ~.30 off my 1/4 mile time. Lookin forward to cooler weather..
Shazad came out and seemed to enjoy racing (had a big smile on his face the whole time). It was his first time and he did really good! First run was a 14+ second run but every run he got better and ended up running ~13.5 - 13.6. He's still running stock boost(intake, exhaust, testpipes, gutted pre-cats, pully, but no ECU and no boost jets. Good job Shaz! Ran into a few other nice imports out there, SupraTT running 12.3 but was lookin to break into the 11's, an RX7 runnin ~13.2. As usual shitloads of mustangs, Shazad killed a cobra and I took a few out myself. It was a good time.
